Hello everyone,
Please find attached my project for LAW 422. Although it is not as thrilling as what everyone else has come up with, it deals with a topic I find completely fascinating. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it — if nothing else, you may be interested to learn how O.J. Simpson’s intellectual property was deemed to be exigible for the purpose of fulfilling the $33.5 million civil judgment against him for the wrongful death of Ron Goldman.
I would love to hear your thoughts or feedback if you have any. Please keep in mind that there are a ton of aspects to this topic that I was unfortunately unable to cover (but will definitely be looking into for my own interest sometime soon).
