Thanks

A large number of individuals at the Allard School of Law have directly and indirectly encouraged and supported the development of this open website and it’s predecessor websites. Dan Silverman, Tom Dudas, Bernie Flinn and Rohan Sheehan have worked very hard and with admirable consistency over the years to improve and grow the law schools’ technological capabilities. Incredible academic colleagues including Janine Benedet, Catherine Dauvergne, Ben Goold, Doug Harris,  Nikos Harris, and Graham Reynolds have also been particularly supportive.

The UBC Centre for Teaching, Learning & Technology deserves the deepest of appreciation as an incredible facilitator of ideas, support and inspiration for this and other open websites and projects over the years. In particular five wonderful collaborators:  the amazing Novak Rogic for leading me to the creation of course websites in the first place; the extraordinarily talented Richard Tape for meeting with me without fail to design, improve, refine and evolve the online presence of my courses as well as developing Socrates and other student learning tools; Will Engle who has selflessly provided a seemingly endless supply of ideas, encouragement, strategy, knowledge and commitment to open pedagogies; as well as the indefatigable Simon Bates & Christina Hendricks, who from behind the scenes and without fuss or muss, ensured things were heading in the right directions.  That said, there are a great many others at CTLT and UBC who have over the years made very real contributions to evolution of the digital presence of my courses, including Kelvin Xu, Patrick Pennefather, David Brabbins, Enej Bajgoric, Jeff Miller, Devindra Payment, Joe Zerdin, as well as the unfailingly encouraging Saeed Dyanatkar.

Apologies to anyone who has been inadvertently overlooked.
