Course Video & Notes

One probably overused (by me) metaphor is that of lenses. Though it may be tempting to look at IP Law as a lens through which to examine our world, perhaps we can go farther. That could be to examine the current state of IP Law as a mirror reflecting our worlds back to us, some beauty, some distortions, some brokenness. What seems hard to doubt is that the privileges and affordances (some would say “protections”) insured through IP Law are manifestly changing our world as launch into the second quarter millenium of the 21st century. Interesting times….
