Paper: Copyright in Let’s Plays and Video Game Playthroughs

For my paper, I chose to write on a topic that I find very interesting since I watch plenty of videos on gaming. The issue of copyright in Let’s Play videos and livestreams is currently a grey area in law. However, as video ideas and technology evolves, it could become more contentious, especially since these types of videos have proven to be very lucrative for many.
